Our Story
Pool Vice LLC was founded by Arturo Caldera on a straightforward idea: pool service should be something you never have to chase. Same day every week, the full checklist every visit, and a straight answer when something is wrong with your equipment.
Anyone who owns a pool in South Florida knows why that matters. Between the heat, the sun burning off chlorine, and the afternoon storms dumping rainwater into your chemistry, a pool here can go from clear to green in a couple of days. Consistency isn't a nice-to-have — it's the entire job.
Today we run weekly routes across Miami-Dade and Broward County, serving private homes, condo buildings, HOAs, vacation rentals, and commercial properties. We handle the water and the equipment behind it — pumps, filters, heaters, timers, valves, and leaks — and we're reachable 7 days a week, 7 AM to 8 PM, in English or Spanish.
